Digital India Corporation has been set up by the “Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India”, to innovate, develop and deploy ICT and other emerging technologies for the benefit of the common man. It is a “not for profit” Company under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013. The Company has been spearheading the Digital India programme of the Government of India, and is involved in promoting use of technology for e-Governance / e-Health / Telemedicine, e-agriculture, ePayments etc. The Digital India programme promotes safety and security concerns of growing cashless economy and addresses challenges confronting its wider acceptance. It also promotes innovation and evolves models for empowerment of citizens through Digital initiatives and promotes participatory governance and citizen engagement across the government through various platforms including social media.

  • The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Poshan Tracker mobile application. The role requires strong technical skills in React Native, API integration, mobile database management, and secure coding practices. The position involves close coordination with technical, functional, and quality assurance teams to support a national-level digital platform.

DIC Full Stack Developer Recruitment 2025 - Qualification & Experience

  1. Qualification
    1. B.Tech, B.E., MCA, M.Sc (IT/CS), or equivalent qualification.
    2. Certifications in mobile or full-stack development are desirable.
  2. Experience
    1. Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript.
    2. Experience with Android Application, REST APIs, and Git-based version control. Strong understanding of mobile app architectures, backend development, database systems (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB), and secure coding standards.
    3. Experience with large-scale or government digital platforms, analytics dashboards, offline data sync, cloud environments, and Agile methodologies.
  3. Key Competencies
    1. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and effective communication. Ability to work independently and within a team while delivering on timelines.

DIC Full Stack Developer Recruitment 2025 - Roles and Responsibilities

  • The developer will design and develop mobile application modules using React Native and ensure cross-platform compatibility.
  • Developer will implement responsive UI components, manage state effectively, and integrate RESTful APIs. The role includes mobile development that works in offline mode of using respective technology.
  • The developer will participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and release management.
  • Developer will prepare and maintain technical documentation and work closely with QA teams to support testing and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD processes, and cloud-based deployments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for Development, coding, review of Codes is preferable.
