The Madhya Pradesh State Cooperative Bank Ltd. was registered on 2nd April 1912 (under Section 2 of the Cooperative Act, 1912) in Jabalpur under the name “Provisional Cooperative Bank Ltd Central Provinces,” and later its headquarters was shifted to Nagpur. The bank started its operations with a capital of only ₹5.00 lakhs, with the primary objective of financing agricultural loans. Initially, individual shareholders were nominated to the Board of Directors to give the bank a democratic structure. In the future, most shares collected by the bank were transferred to cooperative institutions and district cooperative central banks to bring institutional representatives onto the board.

- Candidates should visit the MPRSB website www.apexbankmp.in and click on the APPLY ONLINE option, which will open a new screen.
- To register the application, click on Click here for New Registration and enter Name, Contact Details, and Email ID. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. The same details will also be sent via Email and SMS.
- If the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, they can save the entered details by clicking on SAVE AND NEXT. Candidates are advised to verify and modify details before final submission, as no changes will be allowed after clicking the COMPLETE REGISTRATION button.
- The name of the candidate or their Father/Husband must be spelled correctly as per the Certificates, Mark Sheets, and Identity Proof. Any discrepancy may lead to disqualification.
- Validate your details and save the application by clicking on Validate your details and Save & Next.
- Upload Photograph and Signature as per the specifications mentioned in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature.
- Proceed to fill in the remaining details of the Application Form.
- Click on the Preview tab to review and verify the entire application form before COMPLETE REGISTRATION.
- Modify details if required and click on COMPLETE REGISTRATION only after ensuring all details, photograph, and signature are correct.
